I don't understand properly the way this functions work.

What about the button Show all/Show mine in the shoutbox window? Where or how is shown your message to your contacts and your profile?
What does an ignored user sees/knows from you when you decide to ignore them? I think one can't see each other in the lists (every list? not sure,
in fact they will be in your ignore list) nor visit them or send a message to them, if you try to see their profile, you get a message from GRoyal like "sure you don't really want do this" 
. What does the ignored ones see if they try to see your profile or look for your nick?
