when i click on profile it goes to load but takes ages or doesent load at all
anyone got any answers

Also the loading time depends on the hour. If there are too many users connected, the servers probably will get a little bit collapsed. I've experienced some problems in any action I've tried by times. Maybe they need some more XL users than they've got.

Hi,

or maybe you have some add blocker software installed.
Also your Internet Explorer seems to be AOL branded. Maybe this causes trouble too.
Did you try a different browser like Firefox or Chrome during you experienced the slow loading?
Another issue could be a different program/website that is slowing down your internet connection due to heavy traffic, e.g. watching youtube videos while browsing.
