Erstprofil löschen und das zweitprofil behalten ???

Hallo ich bin xl User und hab zwei Profile.

Nun möchte ich gerne mein erstes löschen und das Zweitprofil behalten.

Ist das möglich oder sind dann beide Profile weg ???

hallo,

soweit ich weiß geht es nicht daß man das 1. profil löscht und das 2. behält ... ausschlaggebend bei der zahlung war ja das 1. profil

vielleicht irre ich mich ... lasse mich da gerne korregieren

Hallo positivstgt

das ist leider so nicht möglich.

Der Support kann Dir aber die Namen der Profile tauschen, falls das helfen könnte. Dabei wird aber wirklich nur der Name getauscht, alles andere bleibt völlig unverändert.

was dazugelernt, helmut ... an das tauschen der nicknamen habe ich nicht gedacht
