did you install some addons/Plugins for your browser since the time it last worked?
Maybe a popup blocker is causing the problems.
Also some Virus protection software could also be the reason for you problem,
as sometimes they also contain a popupblocker.
Did you try to logout, clean your browser cache and login again?
